Kaper 3 ft GFCI Extension Cord, 12/3 SJTW, Auto Reset

Good heavy duty 3 plug extension cord. Used it with multiple tools, some running simultaneously. No issues. I like the light in the head showing at a glance whether it has power. I checked the GFCI function and it tripped as it should’ve. It reset afterward, as it should. Nothing to dislike about this extension cord.

This is a simple extension cord if you got your GFCI outlet in a box and don't want the box to be open to the weather elements if you have to plug it in straight. This adds a nice angle to it, so the box can be closed. Nothing fancy, but the auto-reset on this also could be handy, given its GFCI.

GFCI functions. Reset buttons are a bit spongy and don't have the positive "click" you're probably used to.
It lights up when powered, which is a plus.
12g cord is good enough for around the house, but I run 10g on my job sites.
The plastic housing for the GFCI circuitry is very cheap feeling and I have no doubt water will get inside. It feels like it would break if dropped. :(
I'll probably end up applying two very thick coats of liquid plasti-dip to give it better water proofing and more shock resistance.

At the end of the day, it's useful in the home.

Prefer 10g cord, but 12g is plenty until you run a chop saw, circ saw, and compressor at the same time...(It has 3 plugs, so that is a very real scenario)

I would have given 5 stars if they would have applied some rubberized coating to the plastic GFCI housing and used 10g cord.
If neither of those are important to you, this is a great option!
Very affordable.
Functions as advertised.
Perfect length.
Plug ends and plugs are very heavy duty and feel like they'll last a very very long time!
